Meet Ashley Proctor, Co-founder of the Coworking Canada

Ashley Proctor, the visionary behind Creative Blueprint, has been at the forefront of the coworking movement for over two decades. Her passion for community building and social change has inspired a global network of coworking catalysts and change makers.

A founding member of Coworking Canada, Coworking Ontario, and Coworking Toronto, Ashley has been instrumental in shaping the Canadian coworking landscape. She co-founded The Coworking IDEA Project and the Coworking Health Insurance Plan (COHIP), demonstrating her commitment to supporting the needs of coworking communities.

Ashley's legacy extends beyond her work with coworking collectives. She played a pivotal role in developing 312 Main: Centre for Social and Economic Innovation, OCADU's Xpace, The Foundery Buildings, and the CB Studios in Toronto and Seattle. Her contributions to these projects have created thriving collaborative spaces that foster innovation and community.

Moreover, Ashley's influence has reached beyond North America. She was a key figure in founding the Coworking Alliance Summit, an international platform that brings together coworking leaders from around the world to share best practices and drive the movement forward.

Ashley's dedication, vision, and entrepreneurial spirit have made her a true pioneer in the coworking industry. Her work has not only shaped the Canadian coworking landscape but has also inspired countless individuals to create collaborative communities and drive positive social change.
